On May 15, 2015, Aquinas College hosted the event Experiencing Economicology. This event was designed for students interested in environmental issues, sustainability, Economicology, community leadership, and partnering with businesses. Participants learned ways to promote both environmental and community health.
This event included sessions of hands-on activities and opportunities for reflection on our communities. These sessions were geared towards teaching students about their ecological footprint, how to learn from plants and environments, and how our waste impacts communities.
Participants arrived ready to conduct fun and educational experiments in sustainability!
This event took place at the Aquinas Donelly Center, from 8:30am to 3:30pm.
